From the last update, everyone will receive a vehicle gift depending what level you are. It doesn’t matter if you are a resident or a tourist!
For example, if you are level 37 then you will get Beach Skateboard and Light Roller Skates. Then when you are level 40, you will get the Blue Cow Standard Hoverboard. FOR FREE!
